1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from the Kreative Coasters website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Products & Product Information

Kreative Coasters creates handcrafted hardwood drink coasters with built-in LED lighting. Product images and descriptions are intended to accurately represent our products, but handmade items may have natural variations in wood grain, color, and finish.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize the payment method provided to be charged for the purchase amount, applicable shipping charges, and applicable taxes.

4. Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Prices, product offerings, and availability may change without notice. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where required.

5. Custom Lighting & Personalization

Custom lighting options and personalized products are made according to the selections submitted with the order. Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind. If a custom or personalized order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@kreativecoasters.com as soon as possible.

6. Shipping & Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after the order is received. Standard shipping within the United States is $6.99 per order. Carrier transit times are separate from processing time and may vary by destination and carrier. Please see our Shipping Policy for additional details.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Because our products are handmade, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with the website's operation, security, or availability.
